from: http://customers.hbci.com/~wenonah/history/rife.htm Dr. Rife aggressively pursued and achieved what had not been done in the field of ultra-microscopy. His mind had turned over the method, which he had conceived so many years before. The dream, which Dr. Rife originally received, was now in view. Looking for more light. He decided to try filling the entire objective with cylindrically cut quartz prisms. There would be no difference in refractive index from start to finish along the optical path. The Water MicroscopeAccording to an ancient Chinese text, the Chinese viewed magnified specimens through a lens at the end of a tube, which tube was filled with varying levels of water according to the degree of magnification they wished to achieve. Ingenious, effective and repeatable in the home, today. That this occurred some 4,000 years ago in the Chow-Foo dynasty and more than 3,500 years before the father of modern microscopy was born is quite remarkable. That these Chinese ancients achieved magnification levels of 150 times todays standard, or 100 moou, is breath-taking. ... 1,034 hits

17 yInitially I thought it sounded like roundworm, but I dont think roundworm can be that large in diameter. Tapeworms can be large but are considered to be flatworms . There are many images available on the internet. another option would be to take the specimen to a lab for identificationIf you look at the CDCs site or others (google roundworm) you will see that worms can migrate into various sites in the body including the hepatobiliary tract which may explain why a liver cleanse could produce your results. 2,655 hits
